- 4 large russet potatoes, cut into wedges
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Arrange the wedges on the baking sheet, skin side down.
- Sprinkle parmesan cheese over the wedges.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For extra crispiness, soak potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes before baking.
