Description

Crispy baked potato wedges coated in parmesan cheese, perfect for a snack or side dish.


Ingredients

  • 4 large russet potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Arrange the wedges on the baking sheet, skin side down.
  4. Sprinkle parmesan cheese over the wedges.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For extra crispiness, soak potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes before baking.
