- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine flour, Parmesan cheese, rosemary, and salt.
- Add olive oil and mix until crumbly.
- Gradually add water and knead into a dough.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 1/8 inch thick.
- Cut into desired shapes and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake at 350ยฐF for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool on a wire rack before serving.
Notes
Store in an airtight container for up to a week. For extra flavor, add garlic powder if desired.
