Description

Crispy homemade crackers infused with the savory flavors of Parmesan cheese and fresh rosemary, perfect for snacking or as an appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine flour, Parmesan cheese, rosemary, and salt.
  2. Add olive oil and mix until crumbly.
  3. Gradually add water and knead into a dough.
  4. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 1/8 inch thick.
  5. Cut into desired shapes and place on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake at 350ยฐF for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Cool on a wire rack before serving.

Notes

Store in an airtight container for up to a week. For extra flavor, add garlic powder if desired.
