Description

Delicious mini cheesecakes with a creamy peanut butter filling and a rich caramel topping.


Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of the liners.
  3. Beat cream cheese, sugar, peanut butter, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs and mix until combined.
  4. Divide the cheesecake batter among the liners and bake for 20 minutes.
  5. Allow to cool, then top with caramel sauce and refrigerate before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
