For the Crust:
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat the oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of the liners.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, peanut butter, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs and mix until combined.
- Divide the cheesecake batter among the liners and bake for 20 minutes.
- Allow to cool, then top with caramel sauce and refrigerate before serving.
