For the Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 packs (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup grape jelly
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 325ยฐF (165ยฐC). In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and peanut butter until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well.
- Pour the filling over the crust. Dollop grape jelly in small spoonfuls over the top and swirl with a knife.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until the center is set. Cool before removing from the pan.
