For the Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 packs (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup grape jelly

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 325ยฐF (165ยฐC). In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and peanut butter until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well.
  3. Pour the filling over the crust. Dollop grape jelly in small spoonfuls over the top and swirl with a knife.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes or until the center is set. Cool before removing from the pan.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
