Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC).
  2. Slice each chicken breast horizontally to create a pocket.
  3. Stuff each pocket with pear slices and Camembert cheese; secure with toothpicks.
  4. Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
  5. In a saucepan, combine apple cider, cinnamon, and nutmeg; simmer until reduced by half.
  6. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat; sear the stuffed chicken for 3-4 minutes per side.
