An easy dessert combining pecan pie flavors with a dump cake method.
Ingredients

- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups pecan halves
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 can (21 oz) apple pie filling
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).
- Spread apple pie filling evenly in the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle pecan halves over the pie filling.
- Evenly sprinkle the yellow cake mix over the pecans.
- Pour the melted butter over the cake mix, ensuring it covers as much as possible.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
- Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
This recipe is best served warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
