Description

A delicious twist on classic snickerdoodles.


Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/4 cup sugar for rolling

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream butter and sugar.
  4. Add eggs and vanilla to the creamed mixture.
  5. Combine wet and dry ingredients.
  6. Shape dough into balls and roll in cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  7. Place on baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
