Description

A delicious and easy-to-make Philly cheese steak crescent ring with tender beef, peppers, and gooey cheese.

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb beef roast, thinly sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 2 cans crescent roll dough
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC).
  2. In a skillet, cook beef, peppers, and onions over medium heat until the beef is browned and vegetables are tender. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Unroll crescent roll dough and arrange triangles in a circle on a baking sheet, overlapping them slightly. Spoon beef mixture over the dough and sprinkle with cheese. Fold dough over filling and seal by pinching edges together. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
