For the Crust:
- 1 lb beef roast, thinly sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
- 2 cans crescent roll dough
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat the oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC).
- In a skillet, cook beef, peppers, and onions over medium heat until the beef is browned and vegetables are tender. Season with salt and pepper.
- Unroll crescent roll dough and arrange triangles in a circle on a baking sheet, overlapping them slightly. Spoon beef mixture over the dough and sprinkle with cheese. Fold dough over filling and seal by pinching edges together. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
