A quick and easy pasta version of the classic Philly cheesesteak sandwich, perfect for weeknight dinners.

- 8 ounces uncooked pasta
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat; drain excess fat.
- Add the onion, bell pepper, and garlic to the skillet; cook until vegetables are softened.
- Stir in the beef broth and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Mix in the cooked pasta and cheese until melted and combined.
- Season with salt and pepper, then serve hot.
Notes
For a spicier version, add sliced jalapenos or hot sauce.
