- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 pre-made pie crust
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned; drain excess fat.
- Add onion, bell pepper, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; cook until vegetables are soft.
- Stir in pizza sauce and half of the cheese.
- Place the mixture into the pie crust.
- Top with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
