Delicate macarons flavored with pomegranate and pistachio, shaped like Christmas trees and filled with creamy white chocolate ganache.

- 100g almond flour
- 200g powdered sugar
- 50g pistachios, finely ground
- 2 egg whites
- 50g granulated sugar
- Pomegranate seeds for decoration
- 100g white chocolate, chopped
- 50ml heavy cream
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 150°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, sift almond flour and powdered sugar together.
- Whisk egg whites until foamy, then add granulated sugar gradually to form stiff peaks.
- Fold in the almond mixture and ground pistachios until combined.
- Pipe the mixture into tree shapes on the baking sheet and let rest for 30 minutes.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until set, then cool completely.
- For the ganache, heat cream and pour over chopped white chocolate; stir until smooth.
- Sandwich the macarons with ganache and top with pomegranate seeds.
Notes
Ensure macarons are rested properly for the best texture. Store in an airtight container.
