Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 1 block firm tofu
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC).
  2. Press the tofu for 15 minutes to remove excess moisture, then cut into cubes.
  3. Coat the tofu cubes in soy sauce and toss with cornstarch until evenly coated.
  4. Place on a lined baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until golden and crispy, turning halfway through.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
