For the Crust:
- 1 block firm tofu
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat the oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC).
- Press the tofu for 15 minutes to remove excess moisture, then cut into cubes.
- Coat the tofu cubes in soy sauce and toss with cornstarch until evenly coated.
- Place on a lined baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until golden and crispy, turning halfway through.
