- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Hard boil the eggs and let them cool.
- Peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.
- Remove the yolks and mash them in a bowl.
- Mix in pumpkin puree, mayonnaise, mustard, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Spoon the mixture back into the egg whites.
- Chill and garnish before serving.
