- 1 teaspoon baking soda

- 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs

- Streusel Topping:
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). Grease and flour a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.
- In a large bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- For the streusel: In a small bowl, mix the flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and cinnamon. Stir in the melted butter until crumbly.
- Sprinkle the streusel evenly over the batter.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
