Description

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless chicken breasts
  • 4 scallions, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Step 1: In a bowl, marinate the chicken breasts with soy sauce, ginger, garlic, salt, and pepper for 15 minutes.
  2. Step 2: Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Step 3: Add the marinated chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
