A quick and simple Margherita pizza made with tortillas for a fast dinner.
Ingredients

- 2 large flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Fresh basil leaves, to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Place the tortillas on a baking sheet.
- Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the tortillas.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.
- Add fresh basil leaves.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a minute before slicing.
Notes
For a crispier base, use corn tortillas. Adjust cheese for dietary preferences.
