Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken tenders
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. 1. In a large bowl, combine chicken tenders with olive oil, oregano, basil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and let marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. 2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken tenders and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until golden and cooked through.
  3. 3. Add cherry tomatoes and Kalamata olives to the skillet during the last 2 minutes of cooking.
  4. 4. Remove from heat and drizzle with lemon juice. Serve immediately.

Notes
