Description

Delicious and easy cookies made from red velvet cake mix, perfect for a quick dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 box red velvet cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the red velvet cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  3. Fold in the white chocolate chips.
  4. Scoop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are set.
  6. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
