- 2 cups Oreo crumbs
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- Filling:
- 3 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened

- 1/4 cup cocoa powder

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup crushed Oreos
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- For the crust: Mix Oreo crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of the pan and bake for 10 minutes. Let cool.
- For the filling: In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add cocoa powder, red food coloring, and vanilla extract; mix well.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition. Stir in sour cream and crushed Oreos.
- Pour filling over the crust and bake for 60-70 minutes or until set. Cool in the oven with the door ajar.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
