Description

Delicious cheesecake bars combining Reeses and Butterfinger candies for a crunchy, creamy treat.


Ingredients

  • Crust:
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • Filling:
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped Reeses pieces
  • 1 cup chopped Butterfinger bars
  • Topping:
  • 1/2 cup chocolate sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter; press into the pan to form crust.
  3. Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth; add eggs and vanilla.
  4. Fold in chopped Reeses and Butterfinger; pour over crust.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes or until set.
  6. Cool and drizzle with chocolate sauce before serving.
