A light and fluffy cheesecake with a refreshing lime flavor that is perfect for dessert.


Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons lime zest
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Bake crust for 10 minutes, then allow to cool.
  4. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth, then add lime juice and lime zest.
  5. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Pour mixture over the cooled crust and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
