Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup finely chopped corned beef
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup drained sauerkraut
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 cup Thousand Island dressing (for sauce)
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce (for sauce)
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine corned beef, Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, and breadcrumbs.
