Instructions
- In a bowl, combine corned beef, Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, and breadcrumbs.
- Add beaten eggs to the mixture and form into balls.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the balls until golden brown.
- For the sauce, mix Thousand Island dressing with hot sauce.
- Serve the balls with the dipping sauce.
