For the Crust:

  • 1 medium butternut squash, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC).
  2. In a large bowl, combine diced butternut squash, cranberries, walnuts, olive oil, maple syrup, salt, and pepper. Mix well to coat evenly.
  3. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet and roast in the oven for 30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until squash is tender and golden brown.
