A delicious and easy-to-make flatbread topped with roasted cranberries, creamy goat cheese, and a touch of sweetness.

For the Crust:

  • 1 flatbread crust
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 4 ounces goat cheese

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC).
  2. Spread cranberries on a baking sheet and drizzle with honey. Roast for 10 minutes.
  3. Place the flatbread crust on a baking sheet, spread roasted cranberries over the crust, then crumble goat cheese on top. Bake for another 15 minutes.
