For the Crust:
- 1 flatbread crust
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 4 ounces goat cheese
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat the oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC).
- Spread cranberries on a baking sheet and drizzle with honey. Roast for 10 minutes.
- Place the flatbread crust on a baking sheet, spread roasted cranberries over the crust, then crumble goat cheese on top. Bake for another 15 minutes.
