Description

Tender carrots roasted with garlic and Parmesan cheese for a flavorful side dish.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds carrots, peeled and cut into sticks
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the carrots with garlic, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the carrots evenly on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until carrots are tender and golden.
