Ingredients

  • 100g blue cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Place the pear halves on a baking sheet, cut side up.
  3. Drizzle the pears with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Stuff the centers of the pears with crumbled blue cheese.
  5. Drizzle honey over the stuffed pears.
