Description

A warm, melty brie cheese baked inside a sourdough bread bowl, topped with sweet and savory cranberry bacon jam—perfect for parties and gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale

For the Crust:

  • 1 round sourdough bread loaf
  • 1 wheel of brie cheese (about 8 oz)
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup cooked, crumbled bacon
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut a hole in the top of the sourdough loaf and remove enough bread to make room for the brie. Place the brie inside.
  3. In a small bowl, mix cranberry sauce, bacon, and rosemary. Spoon the mixture over the brie. Put the top back on the loaf and wrap it in foil. Bake for 20-30 minutes or until the brie is melted. Serve warm.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
