For the Crust:
- 1 round sourdough bread loaf
- 1 wheel of brie cheese (about 8 oz)
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/4 cup cooked, crumbled bacon
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut a hole in the top of the sourdough loaf and remove enough bread to make room for the brie. Place the brie inside.
- In a small bowl, mix cranberry sauce, bacon, and rosemary. Spoon the mixture over the brie. Put the top back on the loaf and wrap it in foil. Bake for 20-30 minutes or until the brie is melted. Serve warm.
