Description

Ingredients

  • 1 large pre-made flatbread crust
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small saucepan, heat the cranberries and balsamic glaze over medium heat until the cranberries soften and the mixture thickens, about 5 minutes.
  3. Brush the flatbread with olive oil and spread the cranberry balsamic mixture evenly over it.
  4. Sprinkle fresh rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper on top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden and crispy.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
