- 1 large pre-made flatbread crust
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small saucepan, heat the cranberries and balsamic glaze over medium heat until the cranberries soften and the mixture thickens, about 5 minutes.
- Brush the flatbread with olive oil and spread the cranberry balsamic mixture evenly over it.
- Sprinkle fresh rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
