Description

Delicious edible cookie dough that you can eat raw.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Heat treat the flour by baking it at 350°F for 5 minutes to kill any bacteria.
  2. In a bowl, cream together butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
  3. Add milk and vanilla extract, mix well.
  4. Stir in the flour until combined.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips.
  6. Serve immediately or chill for later.

Make sure to heat treat the flour for safety.
