Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Heat treat the flour by baking it at 350°F for 5 minutes to kill any bacteria.
- In a bowl, cream together butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
- Add milk and vanilla extract, mix well.
- Stir in the flour until combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Serve immediately or chill for later.
Notes
Make sure to heat treat the flour for safety.
