For the Crust:
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1/4 teaspoon saffron threads
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a small bowl, dissolve saffron threads in warm water and set aside for 5 minutes.
- In a large bowl, mix the saffron liquid, orange juice, lemon juice, garlic, and olive oil.
- Add the chicken breasts to the bowl and coat them evenly with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC).
- Place the marinated chicken breasts in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until fully cooked and tender.
