A savory and refreshing salmon dish marinated with miso and served with cucumber.

For the Crust:
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons miso paste
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a bowl, mix together miso paste, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil to create the marinade.
- Place salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC). Bake marinated salmon for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through. Serve with sliced cucumber and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
