Description

A savory and refreshing salmon dish marinated with miso and served with cucumber.


Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons miso paste
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a bowl, mix together miso paste, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil to create the marinade.
  2. Place salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC). Bake marinated salmon for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through. Serve with sliced cucumber and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
