- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 large apples, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 teaspoon sea salt for caramel
- Whipped cream for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a bowl, toss sliced apples with granulated sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Layer the apple mixture over the crust.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth; add brown sugar and mix well.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the apples.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the top and sprinkle with sea salt.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until set.
- Cool completely before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
- Serve chilled with whipped cream.
