Description

A decadent fusion of apple pie and cheesecake with a salted caramel twist, perfect for holiday desserts.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 large apples, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt for caramel
  • Whipped cream for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a bowl, toss sliced apples with granulated sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  4. Layer the apple mixture over the crust.
  5. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth; add brown sugar and mix well.
  6. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the apples.
  7. Drizzle caramel sauce over the top and sprinkle with sea salt.
  8. Bake for 50-60 minutes until set.
  9. Cool completely before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
  10. Serve chilled with whipped cream.

Notes

For best results, use fresh apples and high-quality caramel sauce.
