Description

Homemade salted caramel truffles that are rich, creamy, and easy to make.

  • 8 oz dark chocolate, chopped
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • For coating:
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder

Instructions

  3. Step 2: Add the granulated sugar and sea salt, stirring until dissolved.

  5. Step 4: Pour the mixture into a bowl and refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm.
  6. Step 5: Once firm, scoop out tablespoon-sized portions and roll into balls.
