- 1 9-inch pie crust
- 3/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 large eggs
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- Flaky sea salt for sprinkling
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).
- Roll out the pie crust and fit it into a 9-inch pie dish. Chill in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the honey, melted butter, eggs, heavy cream, vanilla extract, and sea salt until smooth.
- Pour the filling into the prepared pie crust.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the center is set but still slightly jiggly.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with flaky sea salt. Let cool completely before serving.
