For the Crust:
- 1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
- 6 slices of bacon, chopped
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a large skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove bacon from skillet and set aside, leaving the grease in the pan.
- Add green beans to the skillet and sauté over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes. Add mushrooms and garlic, continuing to cook until mushrooms are tender and green beans are crisp-tender.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir in the cooked bacon and mix well before serving.
