For the Crust:
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- In a small bowl, mix together cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, and basil.
- Serve shrimp hot with the tomato basil dip on the side.
