For the Crust:

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, and basil.
  5. Serve shrimp hot with the tomato basil dip on the side.
