For the Crust:
- 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
- 200g mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add zucchini and mushrooms, season with salt, pepper, and thyme, and sauté until vegetables are tender, about 8-10 minutes. Adjust seasoning as needed.
