Description

A quick and healthy side dish of sautéed zucchini and mushrooms seasoned with garlic and herbs.


Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
  • 200g mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add zucchini and mushrooms, season with salt, pepper, and thyme, and sauté until vegetables are tender, about 8-10 minutes. Adjust seasoning as needed.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
