A creamy, tangy, and sweet cheese ball rolled in crunchy pecans and chewy cranberries. Perfect for spreading on crackers or crostini.

For the Crust:
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 3 green onions, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup pecans, toasted and finely chopped
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, green onions, 1/4 cup of the cranberries, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Place the mixture on a large piece of plastic wrap. Form into a ball and wrap tightly. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
- On a plate, combine the remaining 1/4 cup cranberries and the toasted pecans. Unwrap the chilled cheese ball and roll it in the pecan-cranberry mixture until fully coated. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
