- 2 boneless chicken breasts, sliced into strips
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- 2. Season chicken strips with salt and pepper, then cook in the skillet for 5-7 minutes until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
- 3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- 4. Pour in heavy cream and stir until the sauce thickens, about 3-4 minutes.
- 5. Add the cooked chicken back to the skillet and coat with the garlic cream sauce.
- 6. Warm the tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
- 7. Assemble the wraps by placing chicken mixture, spinach, and cheese inside each tortilla, then roll up tightly.
Notes
For a spicier version, add chili flakes to the sauce. Ensure chicken is fully cooked to 165°F.
