Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (8-ounce) wheel of brie cheese, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds

  2. Place the puff pastry squares on the baking sheet and top each with a piece of brie cheese.
  3. Sprinkle pomegranate seeds and chopped pistachios over the brie on each pastry square.
  4. In a small bowl, mix honey with chopped rosemary and drizzle over the assembled bites.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the pastry is golden and the cheese is melted.
