A decadent layered dessert featuring cream, cake, and fruits.
Ingredients

- 1 package (14 ounces) angel food cake, cubed
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 can (15 ounces) mandarin oranges, drained
- 2 packages (3.4 ounces each) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 4 cups cold milk
- 2 cups whipped topping
Instructions
- In a large bowl, prepare the pudding according to package instructions using the cold milk; set aside to thicken.
- In a trifle bowl, layer half of the cubed angel food cake at the bottom.
- Add a layer of sliced strawberries and blueberries on top of the cake.
- Spoon half of the prepared pudding over the fruit layer.
- Add a layer of mandarin oranges.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining cake, fruit, and pudding.
- Top with whipped topping and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
For a twist, add chocolate shavings or nuts for extra texture.
