For the Crust:

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 box cornbread mix
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC).
  2. Prepare the cornbread mix according to package instructions and pour into a greased baking dish.
  3. Arrange the shrimp on top of the cornbread batter, season with salt and pepper, and bake for 30 minutes or until the cornbread is golden and shrimp are cooked through.
