A delicious fusion of shrimp, crab, and fajita flavors wrapped in a crispy tortilla roll-up.

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 lb crab meat, shredded
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic, bell pepper, and onion. Sautรฉ until softened.
  2. Add shrimp, crab meat, cumin, paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until shrimp is pink and cooked through.
  3. Lay out tortillas and divide the shrimp-crab mixture evenly among them. Sprinkle cheese on top.
  4. Roll up the tortillas tightly, tucking in the ends to seal.
  5. Heat a clean skillet over medium heat and lightly toast the roll-ups until golden and crispy on all sides.
  6. Slice into bite-sized pieces and serve warm.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
