A spicy and sweet shrimp dish marinated with jerk seasoning and tossed with mango habanero sauce, served over rice.

For the Crust:
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons jerk seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup mango habanero sauce
- 2 cups cooked rice
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a bowl, mix shrimp with jerk seasoning. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add marinated shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-5 minutes.
- Add mango habanero sauce to the pan and toss the shrimp until well coated. Serve over cooked rice.
