Description

A spicy and sweet shrimp dish marinated with jerk seasoning and tossed with mango habanero sauce, served over rice.

For the Crust:

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons jerk seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup mango habanero sauce
  • 2 cups cooked rice

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a bowl, mix shrimp with jerk seasoning. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add marinated shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-5 minutes.
  3. Add mango habanero sauce to the pan and toss the shrimp until well coated. Serve over cooked rice.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
