For the Crust:
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Juice of 2 limes
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sautรฉ for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add shrimp, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until shrimp turn pink.
- Remove from heat and stir in lime juice and cilantro.
- Serve immediately with rice or your choice of side.
