For the Crust:

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and sautรฉ for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add shrimp, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until shrimp turn pink.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in lime juice and cilantro.
  5. Serve immediately with rice or your choice of side.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
