For the Crust:
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 8 oz lo mein noodles
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Cook lo mein noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
- In a large pan, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add garlic and ginger, sautรฉ until fragrant.
- Add shrimp and vegetables, cook until shrimp is pink and vegetables are tender. Stir in soy sauce and cooked noodles. Garnish with green onions before serving.
