For the Crust:

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons miso paste
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a small bowl, mix miso paste, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger until well combined.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and cook for about 1-2 minutes on each side, or until pink.
  3. Add the miso glaze to the pan and toss the shrimp until they are evenly coated and the glaze has slightly caramelized. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
