For the Crust:
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups cooked jasmine rice
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add mixed vegetables and stir-fry until tender-crisp, about 5 minutes.
- Add cooked rice and soy sauce to the pan. Stir to combine, then return shrimp to the pan. Stir-fry for another 3 minutes until heated through.
