Description

A flavorful stir-fry dish combining succulent shrimp, rice, and fresh vegetables topped with a creamy Yum Yum Sauce.

For the Crust:

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups cooked jasmine rice
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pan, add mixed vegetables and stir-fry until tender-crisp, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add cooked rice and soy sauce to the pan. Stir to combine, then return shrimp to the pan. Stir-fry for another 3 minutes until heated through.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
