A refreshing holiday salad made with fresh grapes, cream cheese, and a touch of sweetness.
Ingredients

- 2 pounds green seedless grapes, washed and halved
- 2 pounds red seedless grapes, washed and halved
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, for topping
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans, for topping
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese, sour cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gently fold in the halved grapes until evenly coated.
- Spread the mixture into a serving dish.
- Sprinkle the top with brown sugar and chopped pecans.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.
Notes
For a lighter version, use Greek yogurt instead of sour cream. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
