Description

This easy churro cheesecake is a crowd-pleasing dessert perfect for parties. With a crunchy cinnamon-sugar topping and creamy filling, it’s a fun twist on traditional cheesecake.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups crushed cinnamon graham crackers
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • Topping:
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers and melted butter. Press into the bottom of the pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla, eggs one at a time, sour cream, and heavy cream. Mix well.
  4. Pour filling over crust. Bake for 50-60 minutes until center is set.
  5. For topping, mix sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over cooled cheesecake.

Notes

Let the cheesecake cool completely before topping. For best results, refrigerate overnight.
