- 1 ½ cups crushed cinnamon graham crackers
- ½ cup melted butter
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ cup heavy cream
- Topping:
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers and melted butter. Press into the bottom of the pan.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla, eggs one at a time, sour cream, and heavy cream. Mix well.
- Pour filling over crust. Bake for 50-60 minutes until center is set.
- For topping, mix sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over cooled cheesecake.
Notes
Let the cheesecake cool completely before topping. For best results, refrigerate overnight.
